Supply chain’s main function is providing goods and services to the customer or the final consumer, and the path that separates the producer from the consumer may be difficult and somewhat special.   The distribution logic has developed a certain number of intermediaries and this helps the producing institution to focus more and more on its basic task of OUTPUT.

 

But the missing oversight resulting from the development of the distribution system has become the nerve of the war, and the wide distribution has benefited from that especially when it developed its own strategic thinking, its own brand strategy, and its marketing mix with the aim of optimizing the positive attitudes of consumers.

 

This is what makes the producing institutions look for the appropriate distribution channels for the objectives of their marketing strategy, and this gives a strategic character to the distribution and therefore it must be of great importance. The producing organization must choose the distribution strategy that perfectly fits the opportunities available to it and the challenges it faces.  Furthermore, the producing organization must carefully choose the distribution method which enables the institution to ensure that the benefits and benefits of the commodity arrive at the time, place and in the appropriate quantity where the consumer or the target market anticipates it.
